FAQs

MLPC provides technical assistance to partnership sites nationwide and direct services to patient-families at Boston Medical Center.  Are you one organization or two?

MLPC is one organization with two distinct purposes:

MLPC’s National Center
focuses on the nationwide replication of the medical-legal partnership model through technical assistance and funding to burgeoning partnership sites in a variety of clinical settings and leads the Medical-Legal Partnership Network.

MLPC | Boston provides civil legal services for patient-families seen in pediatrics at Boston Medical Center and six affiliated community health centers as well as regular trainings for the front-line health care staff at these clinics.  For more information about MLPC | Boston’s services, please visit their website.
