Results
In 2008, medical-legal partnerships nationwide:
· Served over 7,500 individuals and families with direct legal services;
· Provided an additional 7,000 families with information and resources through case consultations with frontline healthcare providers; and,
· Conducted nearly 1,000 trainings that reached 17,000 people including frontline heathcare providers, volunteer attorneys, and medical, law, public health and undergraduate students.
