Memorandums of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalizes a partnership between organizations, delineates their perspective roles, and outlines how restricted information will be shared. MOUs are optional for medical-legal partnerships, and their use depends upon the needs of the individual partner institutions.
